STEP ONE: THE APPRAISAL PROCESS

• Bring your vehicle by and we’ll give you a no charge appraisal that’s good for 7 days.


• We have a team of experienced appraisers who will examine your vehicle to determine its actual cash value.  You can even watch while they take a look at your vehicle, and you can also come along for the test drive.


• Here’s what we look at when we appraise your vehicle:
• We verify the year, make, model, mileage, and trim level of your car.


• Mechanical health: engine, brakes, transmission, etc.


• Exterior condition: dents, scratches, glass, headlamps, wheels, etc.


• Wear items: tires, wiper blades, brake pads, etc.


• Service history: have you followed the factory’s recommended service schedule?


• Interior condition: upholstery, switches, etc.


• Accessories: spare keys, spare tires, owner’s manual, nav DVS, etc.


• Lienholder information: financing or lease company, payoff amount, etc.


• Appraisals shouldn’t take all day.  Most of our appraisals take as little as 30 minutes.

STEP TWO: THE OFFER

• We give you a written offer that’s valid for 7 days.  There is no obligation to make a decision on the spot.

STEP THREE: COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION

• Once we agree on a value, its time to complete the transaction.  Here’s what you’ll need:


• Your vehicle’s title or pay off information


• Valid registration


• Valid photo ID


• Vehicle accessories (spare key, owner’s manual, nav DVD, etc.)


• If you still owe a balance on your vehicle, we’ll guide you through the process.


• If your vehicle is paid off, all you have to do it sign the title over to us and fill out some additional paperwork.


• Once the title is signed over to us and all paperwork has been completed a check will be cut to you within 24 hours.
